because Sony said that they sold 10 million in PAL and that's it
they closed their moth
but when Microsoft comes out

a MGS with no kojima = not a true MGS
i remember acid and who that failed
kojima , snake , and David Hayter are the main elements of any true MGS game

so its all up to the game maker

and that's a lie in PSN there is IP ban and patches and a good security
